It’s a convenient single source for your members when they have questions about such things as your organization’s management or their dues status. BBC can use your existing vendors for maintenance service, or suggest vendors to provide services to meet your needs.
We can also prepare and file liens on units that are delinquent on their dues. We can also prepare and file your annual report with the state of Wisconsin, including your statutory reserve statement, if you didn’t elect to waive this requirement. |

RateBBC is affordable; charging a flat fee of $12.50 per unit per month or just $45 per hour. This includes all bookkeeping services, availability by email or phone to the Board of Directors and unit owners, and attendance at Board meetings and/or Owners’ meetings, as requested.
